What is DSFW?
DSFW is the premier fashion event in the Netherlands centered on sustainable fashion, spotlighting innovative approaches that minimize environmental impact. Whether you're an industry professional or a responsible consumer, DSFW offers something for everyone, from fashion shows and exhibitions to hands-on workshops, all with a clear mission: making sustainable fashion accessible and inspiring for all.
A showcase of Dutch sustainable talent
DSFW 2024 will be brimming with local talent. The theme this year, #worn30times, serves as a powerful reminder of our responsibility to wear our clothing more often and more consciously. Research shows we wear only a third of our wardrobe, making this campaign a call to action for consumers and designers alike.
The event highlights various circular fashion concepts that go beyond the runway. Local designers are turning fashion into a long-lasting statement, embracing concepts like repair cafés, upcycling, and ethical sourcing. These are not just trends but necessary steps towards transforming how we consume fashion.
