This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our Website, who view only publicly available content (“Visitors”), and users who register with us (“Registered Users”) and wish to purchase a service or product through our Website. By visiting our Website, Visitors are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Also by providing us offline information, you are also agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect/receive and how we use this

We collect contact information from you in the following ways:

1) All information you voluntary provided and submitted to us. When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey, register for a webinar/class, purchase any product or service, or sign up to become our affiliate partner. Such as name, address, e-mail address, social media information, phone number, and other information that you provide to us (such as information any questions, comments or feedback you leave on the site). The contact information is used to provide the requested product or service or to contact or inform you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future products and services.

2) We collect information through your use of the Website, by the use of cookies, log files and other technologies. We collect contact and personal information regarding your computer hardware, software, and mobile device to access the Website. This information helps us to deliver better services, information, and tools you require. This includes: IP address of a device(s) used, Operating system and device type, Approximate location (e.g. Amsterdam), Referring Website addresses, Access times and dates, Browser type.

3) We collect information through Affiliate partners. If you land on our Website through an affiliate partner link and provide us contact information (e.g., to purchase a service or product or to request information) and of which you have given the third party permission to share information with us. Or any information that we have obtained from a public record or third parties such as Facebook and/or other third-party social media sites.

The types of the third party we share your personal information with are platform providers which allow us to deliver the functionality on the Website and to host and store your personal data. We rely on our Website development partner Xel Media to develop the Website and deliver the functionality. Xel Media acts as a data processor in relation to the collection and processing of your personal data and will only process such personal data as directed by us in accordance with data protection law.

We may also share your personal information with professional advisers or regulatory authorities: to enable them to process your personal information on our behalf in a manner consistent with this Privacy Notice; to comply with our legal obligations; to enforce our legal rights; or protect rights of third parties.

We are using web beacons or ‘pixel tags’ on our Website. These web beacons and pixels tags help us to track receipt of an email to you, to count users that have visited a web page or opened an e-mail and collect other types of aggregate information. With this information, we can measure the effectiveness of our content and how visitors use our Website and it allows us to improve the Website. For example, which pages are most attractive to our visitors, and which part of our Website is most interesting for our visitors and what kind of information our visitors like to see.

Some of these web beacons or pixel tags placed on our Website are only used by us and other web beacons or pixel tags are used by our service providers in our favor to analyze how our Website is being used. The moment you click on an email that contains a web beacon, your contact information is then cross-referenced to the source of e-mail and its relevant web beacon or pixel tag information.
